How long does implementation take?
Most fund managers are up and running within 2–4 weeks, depending on the number of fund structures and modules required. Our team handles all configuration and provides dedicated onboarding support.
Is RegShield compliant with CSSF requirements?
Yes. RegShield is purpose-built for Luxembourg funds and designed to meet CSSF circular monitoring, ELTIF 2.0, MiFID II, and DORA requirements. Our audit logs produce inspection-ready evidence packs.
Where is my fund data stored?
All data is stored within the EU on GDPR-compliant infrastructure. RegShield does not transfer fund data outside EU jurisdiction. We do not use fund data for model training without explicit consent.
Can RegShield integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. Enterprise plans include API access for integration with existing fund administration platforms, transfer agents, and depositary banks. Standard plans include CSV export and email notifications.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
All plans are 12-month commitments, billed monthly. No upfront annual payment — you pay month by month throughout the year. This gives your fund the budget predictability you need for compliance planning, without a large one-time outlay. Founding Clients benefit from lifetime frozen pricing — your monthly rate never increases, regardless of how your fund portfolio grows.
What kind of support do you offer?
